Commonly, the Offizin follows the classic rules of composing. As far as the typographic arrangement is concerned, we usually apply simple proportions like e.g. the method of the golden section. Our rich collection of borders and decorative letters is very likely to fulfil every possible wish.

In comparison with modern computer technology, our typographic means are limited. However, we consider this limitation our strength, since it enables us to concen-trate on effective plainness and pleasant simplicity which were typical styles for prints in the early 15th century.
